Swiss maching produces a high volume of small parts with exact precision. At Mankato Screw Products, we specialize in these types of precisely crafted machined components. Our Tsugami CNC Swiss Turning Centers can hold tolerances of +/- 0.0001″ and is capable of working on stock ranging in size from 1/16″ to 3/4″ in diameter. A key advantage of this CNC is that while the part is still attached to the bar stock, we can turn, mill, cross drill and tap it. Then, we can pick it up and do end or back work on it—this eliminates secondary operations and reduces costs.
